If the item is defective please make contact via email to discuss return or refund. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Used Sage or Incense (iii) photos of damaged items on delivery must be provided as proof of damage

Shipping will be via Royal Mail or another UK courier. Details will be given at time of order. Shipping costs must be paid for. Tracking info will be updated once received. All orders will be tracked and insured. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping. Once order is sent it cannot be amended so please ensure correct delivery details are entered.
