Moss agate is a chalcedony renowned fo its moss like patters caused by dendritic inclusions of mineral such as chlorite and hornblende.  
Metaphysically moss agate is associated with the heart chakra and is good for love and self love. It is said to promote growth spiritually. For many hundreds of years farmers planted moss agate in their fields to promote new growth and prosperous harvests.
